The foregoing prohibition expressly includes, but is not limited, to, the practices of “screen scraping,” “data scraping,” and “data mining.” If Subscriber violates any portion of this Agreement, Stratford may, in addition to any other legal remedies they may have, automatically terminate Subscriber’s rights, if any, to make continued use of this Web Site.”

Stratford reserves the right to republish any material, suggestions, comments, or appraisals contributed by subscriber. By submitting any message, subscriber expressly grants to Stratford the royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any message (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

TERMINATION: When you subscribe to ValueStockFinder.com, your credit card will be billed automatically each month for the subcription level you have selected. Each subscription is on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to support@valuestockfinder.com. Either Stratford or subscriber may terminate this Agreement at any time. Subscriber's only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any policy or practice of Stratford in operating this Web site and/or the content available through this Web site or any change therein, or any change thereof, is to terminate this Agreement by sending an email to support@ValueStockFinder.com. Subscriber's notice of termination will be effective upon receipt by Stratford. Stratford has no obligation to provide subscriber with notice of termination or refund of unused subscription fees.

The terms of the sections of this Agreement entitled Copyright and Limitations on Use, Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations of Liability, and Indemnification, shall remain in effect after this Agreement has been terminated by Stratford or by subscriber.

EQUIPMENT: Each subscriber shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of this Web site and subscribers shall be responsible for all charges related thereto.

PRIVACY: Personal data provided by each subscriber to Stratford, including subscriber's e-mail address, will be used only in connection with services provided on this Web site and will not be given to others, except when Stratford is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on Stratford. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Stratford reserves the right to collect and distribute demographic information to advertisers or other third parties. While Stratford will seek to require third-party content providers and other parties to adhere to Stratford's privacy policies, Stratford does not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of such third parties. Subscribers should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., username, email address), that information may be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties. NOTE ON CHILDREN: Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If Subscriber is a minor, Subscriber can use this service only in conjunction with Subscriber’s parents or guardians.

Subscriber agrees that we may use personally identifiable information about Subscriber to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize our site’s content, layout, and services. These uses improve our site and better tailor it to meet Subscriber’s needs.

We can (and Subscriber authorizes us to) disclose any information about Subscriber to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or Subscriber to legal liability. Please be aware that Stratford reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion with respect to Subscriber and Subscriber’s information if it believes Subscriber’s actions are unlawful in any manner or may create liability for Stratford.

MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement and any operating rules for this Web site established by Stratford constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

This Web site (excluding linked sites) is based in Tucson, Arizona, USA. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. Stratford makes no claims as to whether access is legal by certain persons or in countries other than the United States of America. If subscriber accesses this Web site from outside the United States of America, subscriber does so at his or her own risk and is responsible for compliance with laws of subscriber's jurisdiction. As each of these places has laws that differ from those of the State of Arizona, and with respect to other countries also from the federal laws of the United States of America, subscriber and Stratford agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Arizona, with regard to conflict of laws and principles thereof, shall govern this Agreement and shall apply to all matters relating to the use of this Web site. Subscriber and Stratford also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Pima County and the United States District Court for the State of Arizona with respect to such matters.

No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
